Help me with my friend issue?

Last night was the dance and I told this guy, lets call him ';Jerry'; to go dance with my 'supposed' friend, let's call her ';Mary.'; Jerry was making some mean comment about how i should go dance with some guy i didn't know, so i told him to go ';bug'; off (wink wink) and dance with Mary (mary likes jerry, but idk if he likes mary. he knows that Mary and her minion, let's call her ';Penelope';, likes him, but he doesn't really care) and he just stood awkwardly like he didn't know what to do and started like stuttering or something. I just told him to do it a second time and walked away.



Well i saw him a couple other times and he told me to dance with this stupid guy again and again and each time i replied ';I'D LIKE TO SEE YOU GO DANCE WITH MARY!'; and he never had any comebacks. he's a wimp i guess. and one time the guy almost danced with me cuz jerry told him to but i danced with a guy named doug and gave jerry the finger.



ANYWAYYYSS, my friend Mary walked up to me at some random time when i was freaking and having fun, and she PUSHED me and told me to shut up. I was utterly confused and my face prolly looked kinda betchy (mouth open in astonishment, eyebrows knitted in disgust) because she glared and walked away. RIght behind her, big surprise, was Penelope. She looked at me the same way and said ';SHe is MAD. You made the wrong move there.'; and laughed, then followed Mary. As if she were happy to be her number one friend again. I had a mini panic attack right there and stopped dancing. then i tried finding some GOOD friends somewhere in the strobe lights and smoke. I found one of them and she nodded and led me outside because she didn't want mary to hear us. she told me taht mary IS mad at me beacuse apparently i was FORCING jerry to dance with her and she didn't wanna dance with him if he's FORCED so i felt horrible and almost cried because the situation was so STUPID. but whatever. i kept dancing. then i got the news that mary was happily dancing with jerry for the first time and that she looked ';totally'; cute with him and that she was laughing and having a ball. woohoo. happy ending for her, while i get trampled in the dust. she's supposedly not mad anymore but i know she's as volatile as an active volcano. Penelope (her follower, flunky, and 'best friend') wasn't mad anymore too. great to know. So everyone's having a good time except for me, the one with the heavy heart and in no mood to party.



after the dance i was supposed to pick up Mary, my friend (let's call her ';Kyra';), and maybe another. But it turns out the other friend had a ride with Penelope and Mary was going with Penelope also. there's a SHOCKER. so i was left alone with my other (not so close) friend, kyra. she wanted tos tay at my house a bit and i let her and we had a bit of fun but on the inside i really didn't want anyone there. so after an hhour her mom came and i gave no objection to her leaving.



after that night, i wondered who my real friends are.







afterthought: definitely NOT Mary and PenelopeHelp me with my friend issue?
its kinda like not being d main character in ur own story right???trust me i know d feeling.atleast now u know who ur friends r not....thats a start!!! take it day to day...i am sure very soon, u will find friends that won't make u feel this bad.i promise that things won't always be like this..
