How would most guys react to this? (Question for guys)?

I really like this guy, right? My friend said that she would ask him if he likes me, tommorow morning in her math class. (I'm not in her math clas, but he is.) Shes just going to ask him, ';Hey, do you like blah blah blah?'; if he says ';no'; or ';only as a freind';, shes just gonna say whatever, but If he says yes, shes gonna say ';cool, cuz she(me) likes you too';. Would that freak a guy out? Would most guys prefer their crush(me) to just go and ask them(him) theirselves?



Now, I know that ';he'; is deep and caring and sensitive, but I also know that ';he'; has a side to him that is all funny, tough, and kinda ';bad-boy';. And he is the most hot and popular guy in school. The last time a girl less popular then him asked him to a dance, he laughed and made harsh jokes about it with his freinds.



But, we know eachother. Ive been 2 his house, hes been 2 mine. Our moms are best friends. I would say we WERE kinda close, then when school came, I haven't said a word to him since.How would most guys react to this? (Question for guys)?
Usually I'd say ask him yourselves. I hate when a girl hides behind her friends and doesn't just talk to me herself. But, after reading the rest of your question, maybe you should do it the safe way. It sounds like he might be worried about losing that bad-boy reputation, so he might be quick to be a jerk to you.
