hey so im 14 and i have liked this one guy for about 4 months. he is really popular and cute. so there was a dance today and i kinda wanted to dance with him. he was dancing with a couple girls and was looking my way but i didnt have the courage to dance with him. it seems the more i pay attention to him the less he is into me. the less i pay attention to him and ignore him the more he strives for my attention. like in class ill ignore him and ill be talking to a friend and he will just come up and be like'; hey(my nickname) hows it going girl';. he does it in a playful sort of way. so my question is how can i give him some attention and let him know i like him while still playing hard to get?Freak dancing ,dancing, 14 girl problem?
You're both playing hard to get, so ONE OF YOU MAKE A MOVE!Freak dancing ,dancing, 14 girl problem?
hmm thats a hard one. but u could try to show body language that u like him. try to always be around him and everything. but dont be too clingy. that just gets annoying.
Omg I know how you feel just kinda flirt with him.
Hmm tough question. It seems very immature though, the whole scheming to get a guy to like you and trying out different tactics/plans. Depending on the guy, I'd take a direct approach and ask him out on a date (be clear that it's not just an outing but a date-date). You can always play hard to get after you're a couple ^_~ (just don't publicly bash him, that's a bad move by girls...completely rude). What I mean by playing hard to get after being a couple is teasing him, making him earn hugs, not giving him hugs or kisses if he does something you like...leading him on with flirty/sexy movies (this last one can be done if ur dating or just into him), then stopping =P Though it's up to you, you are young and have options...just don't be too immature about going after him, you know? He obvioulsy likes the chase and wants attention and has an ego, so play to his weakenesses...make him feel like a manly man and let him chase you to some degree.
