My 8th Grade dance at my school is tonight and there's going to be alot of slow dances...I've never slow danced with anyone EVER. I feel like a pathetic loser..but anyways that's not the problem. I know I'm pretty, (not bragging just making a point) and I'm definately not fat, I'm nice, I make my friends laugh all the time. However, I dont talk a whole lot, I'm just not an outgoing person. I'm not insecure or really shy, I'm just not over-the-top obnoxious. It seems like all the boys in our grade like those girls, reguardless if they're pretty or nice. I just dont understand why NO ONE asks me. I'm really afraid that tonight all my friends will get asked %26amp; I'll be standing around like some freak. So my question is....how can I get a guy to ask me to dance? I seriously DONT understand it. Just because I'm not obnoxiously loud means no guys like me? wtf? And please dont say I'm desperate for a bf, because I'm not. I dont even want a boyfriend. I just dont want to stand around ALONE at our big end of the year dance. Thanks for any helpful answers.
