I feel soo bad ! what should i do !!?!? (short story)?

well, i'm almost 15 and on friday night, i was at a mixer dance, where all of the schools come together in our town for a dance. i met this guy there named ryan and i really like him. over the summer, this guy named mike asked me out and i said no, i have never seen him before and i just didn't like him. so on friday, i saw mike there. i knew it was him because i had seen his pictures and i just knew it was him. i saw him staring at me the whole night and it made me like a little nervous and stuff. so then, two is better than one is on and ryan asked me to dance with him. right when we started slow dancing i saw mike start to walk over to me and then he saw me dancing with ryan and he just stopped and he made this face and it made me feel so bad. he turned around and went back to his friends.

after like an hour, i guess mike decided that he wasn't gonna let ryan get in the way. we were grinding and mike literally RIPPED ryan off of me. ryan was like dude whats your problem? and mike was like nicole, we need to talk. and i didn't want to sound like a freak so i was like um .. how do you know my name? and he said remember, i asked you out this summer. and then i was like oh.. hi and then ryan took my hand and walked me away. then... mike screamed hmm okay lets fight for her if you want to be like that. and i was like ryan no don't. i don't like him just stop. and he was like well maybe you should tell him that before we get kicked out . i just walked away because i didn't want to start drama.

yesterday, mike messaged me on facebook and said you looked hot the other night. and how i should go out with him, not ryan. and i said well i like ryan a lot and i doont like you .

then he was like oh.. well then i wasted my whole night trying to get you.

and now i feeel ssooo bad !!!

do you think i did the right thing !?

like i should stay with ryan, and do you think ryan did the right thing ?

lol, from this i like ryan and i dont think mike is someone u should be with, u felt bad, thats sensitivity, u'll get over it, especially if u dont like him.

follow your heart, if ryan is who you like then pick ryan, ori if it mike then pick mike
that's tuff. I think ryan should have at least let you be able to talk to mike at the dance.

but if you told mike that you really liked ryan, that is really how you feel!

well it seems like ryan is a good guy so go with him but thats jst my little humble opinion
Well, Mike is just trying to make you feel stupid and horrible on purpose. If you say you don’t like him, then you don’t like him. Let Mike know that you two will only be friends and nothing else, but since he said “oh... well then I wasted my whole night trying to get you”. That clearly demonstrates he’s an idiot because, before you met Ryan you told him you didn’t want to be with him and he really should of respect that and understand. Don’t feel bad, he just basically made you feel uncomfortable at the dance and you don’t have to feel bad because someone didn’t realize what you were saying. Have fun with Ryan. Trust me if you feel bad you’re going to be doing exactly what Mike wants you to do.
